For the last seven years, I always had a mission.
Trying to conceive. IVF. Pregnancy. Motherhood. Then doing it all over again.
Now, for the first time in a long time, that chapter is (mostly) over... and I've found myself asking a question I wasn't expecting: Who am I without the thing I've been chasing?
In this episode, I reflect on what happens when the goal you've spent years working towards is finally achieved, why I think I've confused momentum with fulfilment, and how my thinking has evolved since I first started this podcast four years ago.
This isn't an episode with a neat ending or five practical takeaways. It's more of a journal entry. A conversation about identity, ambition, and learning how to enjoy the chapter you're in while still dreaming about the next one.
If you've ever found yourself asking, "I'll be happy when...", I have a feeling this one might resonate.
