In this week's episode, I'm reflecting on something I don't think we talk about enough: the emotional cost of waiting.
For me, infertility didn't just take time. It took my confidence, my identity, my joy, and my ability to enjoy the life I was already living. I share how, over three years of trying to conceive, my world became smaller and smaller without me even realising it — from putting career moves, holidays, exercise, friendships and even parts of myself on hold.
This isn't really an episode about fertility. It's about what happens when we postpone our happiness until a future outcome arrives, and the moment I realised I couldn't keep living that way anymore.
If you've ever found yourself saying, "I'll be happy when...", this episode is for you. ✨
