  • The Labels We Have and Hold
    2025/04/21

We often place labels on ourselves. These could be related to our occupation, our relationships and even how we feel. In this episode, I break down some of these labels I have for myself and provide examples of when they might not have helped me. And how these labels may not be serving us in the way we think they are.

  • Celebrate Your Success
    2025/04/07

How often do we take the time to acknowledge our own success? I don't know about you, but I am very quick to praise other people. However, I HATE receiving praise and acknowledging the successes I have had. Well, I think it is time I started to change that discomfort and maybe you should too.

In this episode, I discuss the following:

    1. I share some of my reflections from the beginning of 2025.
    2. I share some of the successes I think have come out of 2025 so far.
    3. Importantly, I share some questions you can ask yourself to identify your own successes!

Given we are 3 months into 2025, I think this is a timely opportunity for reflection and a chance for all of us to learn how to celebrate our successes.

Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!

  • Why Am I Trying To Be Perfect?
    2025/03/31

This episode definitely falls into the category of "a challenge I am currently facing," because recently, I have been consumed with trying to be perfect in EVERYTHING that I do. Perfectionism is something I have always strived for, and sometimes it feels like the way I am moulded. Yet, realistically, it is unattainable. So, why do I keep striving for it? During this episode, I explore that question and more as I unpack why I am trying to be perfect, whether it is serving me, and how I think I could start changing my perspective.

  • Lessons We Can Learn From Mortality
    2025/03/17

Death is inevitable, but have you considered how liberating that can be? During this episode, I share how I used to fear death, how I am trying to change my perspective on mortality and how to stay present so that we don't take life for granted.

Also, a quick disclaimer that I have tried to discuss the topic of mortality sensitively. However, I am talking about death quite heavily in this episode, so if you have recently experienced bereavement, this may not be the episode for you.
