These changes have preserved MetLife’s strategic agility, continue to deliver meaningful benefits to plan participants in a cost-efficient manner, produced positive results in terms of health management and has significantly reduced company post-employment benefit liability. In addition, he leads the Global Well-being function and his team has deployed numerous programs and resources that have helped improve the health of MetLife’s employees and family members.
