    In order for us to change, we need to make shifts. By shifting our health, mindset, habits or direction we can move through discomfort and into the next version of ourselves.

    The Shift was born out of the desire to help people to make their shift. It is an audio-documentary style seasonal podcast that will take you on a journey of insight, inspiration and aha moments that are curated to help you to shift.

    Season one of The Shift is focused on gut health and will explore all things around digestion, gut health, the microbiome and its link in disease.

    Hosted by naturopath and author Katherine Maslen, The Shift is entertaining, engaging and most of all informative. You’ll discover all there is to know about gut health in this easy to digest series.
