  • Tracey - From Silence to Support
    2026/07/12

In this heartfelt conversation, Tracey opens up about her personal journey through perimenopause and menopause at a time when these experiences were rarely discussed and many women simply navigated them in silence.

She reflects on life before symptoms began, the subtle changes that first made her realise something was shifting, and the physical and emotional realities of moving through menopause without the wealth of information and support that is available today.

This episode is a beautiful reminder that every woman's experience is unique, and that sharing our stories, we create space for others to feel seen, supported and less alone.

Whether you're approaching perimenopause, in the midst of it, reflecting on your own journey beyond it, Traceys story is one of resilience, perspective and quite strength.

Thank you for being here, for listening, and for allowing yourself a moment to pause and connect.

  • Rach Jobling- Part 1 - The silent shift of perimenopause
    2026/06/14

What if the symptoms you have been told to "push through" are actually your body asking you to be heard? In this deeply grounding conversation, Erica sits down with Rach Jobling, The regulated woman, to unpack the often misunderstood journey of perimenopause and hormonal change. Together they explore the physical, emotional, and mental shifts so many women experience. From anxiety, rage, exhaustion and brain fog, to the invisible mental load women carry everyday. This episode opens the conversation around what is really happening in the female body during this hormonal transition, why so many women feel dismissed, and how education, nourishment, nervous system support and a deeper understanding can begin to change the way women move through this season of life. This conversation is about awareness, validation, and finally feeling seen.

  • My story part 2 - The beginning
    2026/05/31

In part 2 of this opening series, I continue sharing my story. Moving deeper into the layers beyond where part 1 left off.

This episode holds moments that shaped me in quieter, more defining ways. The challenges, the emotional depth, and the experiences that asked more of me as a woman, a partner and a mother. It's a continuation of becoming. Of navigating life as it unfold, and learning to hold strength, softness and growth all at once.

A deeper conversation for anyone who has ever found themselves evolving through the in-between.

  • Welcome to The SEAR Movement – Women In All Seasons
    2026/05/15

I created The SEAR Movement – Women In All Seasons as a space for women navigating the many transitions life brings — from motherhood and identity shifts to hormonal changes, growth, grief, and everything in between.

After more than 20 years of conversations with women in the salon chair, I realised how many of us are quietly carrying the same questions, emotions and experiences, often feeling like we have to navigate them alone.

This podcast is a place for honest conversations, shared stories, gentle insight, and meaningful connection. A space where women can feel seen, supported, informed, and understood through every season of life.

In this trailer episode, I share the heart behind why I created The SEAR Movement and what this podcast means to me.

If you’ve ever found yourself moving through change, questioning who you are becoming, or simply needing a reminder that you’re not alone, this space is for you.

Follow and subscribe to The SEAR Movement – Women In All Seasons for conversations around motherhood, menopause, emotional wellbeing, identity, resilience, and the evolving seasons of being a woman.

Thank you for being here, for listening, and for allowing yourself a moment to pause and connect.

If this conversation resonated with you, we would love you to like and subscribe to the SEAR Movement. Share it with a friend who might need it too, and take a moment to reflect on what came up for you today.
