What if the higher self and lower self aren't about good versus bad?

The lower self experiences the human side of life—fear, anger, ego, desire, pain, survival, and reaction. The higher self gives us the ability to become aware of those experiences and choose how we respond.

Tonight’s community conversation from The People’s Podcast continues our 8-week healing journey with Week 3.
