    CONSCIOUS ACCORDING TO WHO?

What does it actually mean to be conscious—and who gets to decide?

Science? Spirituality? Society? Our experiences? Or ourselves?

In this session of The People’s Podcast, Universe Badger and Golden Eagle explore consciousness, self-awareness, judgment, perspective, ego, and what happens when we begin questioning who defined “consciousness” for us in the first place.

Can two people see life completely differently and both be conscious?

And have we started using “conscious” as another label to separate ourselves from people who simply think differently?

We’re not here to tell you what to think or what to believe. We’re here to open the conversation.

What does being conscious mean to YOU?

  • Talking to the Lower Self Through the Higher Self
    2026/08/28

Talking to the Lower Self Through the Higher Self

What if the higher self and lower self aren't about good versus bad?

The lower self experiences the human side of life—fear, anger, ego, desire, pain, survival, and reaction. The higher self gives us the ability to become aware of those experiences and choose how we respond.

Tonight on The People’s Podcast, we explore what happens when we stop rejecting parts of ourselves and begin understanding them.

If you can observe your thoughts, are you your thoughts? If you can recognize a reaction, do you have to become that reaction?

We’ll also explore enlightenment as bringing light into the mind—using awareness to illuminate the parts of ourselves we may not fully understand—and beautiful as “BE YOU IN FULL,” allowing ourselves to fully express who we are.

Can the deepest part of who you are guide the parts of you that are still learning?

Join Universe Badger, Golden Eagle, and The Twisted Team for a conversation about awareness, choice, the higher self, the lower self, and what it means to become more fully yourself.

The Chrysalis — The Sacred Place Before Metanoia

What happens when you are no longer who you used to be, yet you haven't fully become who you're growing into?

In this session of The People’s Podcast, we explore the chrysalis — the sacred space before metanoia.

We discuss the uncomfortable period between recognizing that something within us has changed and understanding what that transformation means. We explore old identities, survival patterns, relationships, personal growth, self-awareness, and the versions of ourselves we may have created simply to survive, fit in, feel accepted, or remain protected.

Sometimes transformation doesn't immediately look like growth. It can look like confusion, isolation, grief, questioning, and releasing what is familiar.

And maybe that doesn't mean you're lost.

    Maybe you're transforming.

Tonight's conversation sets the foundation for Thursday's session, “Talking to the Lower Self Through the Higher Self.”

How Did I ERN My Name? | Ern Keys

A name is something we're given. What we do with that name is something entirely different.

  • Week 3 of the 8-Week Journey: Words Hurt | Communication & Emotional Safety
    2026/03/11

Tonight’s community conversation from The People’s Podcast continues our 8-week healing journey with Week 3.

Our focus tonight is something simple that carries deep impact: words hurt.

Many people grow up hearing that words should not affect them. Yet most people can remember a sentence, a comment, or a moment that stayed with them for years.

Words shape how people see themselves. Words influence how relationships grow. Words create either emotional safety or emotional harm.

During this gathering we explored how communication patterns develop, why hurtful words often stay with people long after they are spoken, and how becoming aware of the language we use can help create healthier relationships and stronger connections.

We also began introducing the next step in Week 3 of our journey. In our next discussion we will explore a deeper question that grows directly from tonight’s conversation: Do I feel safe? Understanding emotional safety helps people recognize the environments and relationships that support honesty, respect, and personal growth.

  • A Borrowed Smile — Jody Odom Jr.
    2026/08/14

A smile can show happiness, offer reassurance, and light up a room. Sometimes, it can also hide a story that others cannot see.

On this episode of The People’s Podcast, Universe Badger, Golden Eagle, and The Twisted Team sit down with Jody Odom Jr. for A Borrowed Smile — an open conversation about what can exist behind the laughter, the strength it takes to keep going, and the parts of ourselves we don't always show the world.

Because sometimes the person smiling the brightest may be carrying more than we realize.

    2026/08/13

When did convenience turn into something we stopped questioning?

In this episode of The People’s Podcast, Universe Badger, Golden Eagle, and The Twisted Team take a closer look at how quickly society adapts to change and ask whether progress and convenience always equal improvement.

We’re not here to tell you what to think. We’re here to have the conversation and ask the questions.
