  • You’re Holding Everything Together. But Who is Holding You?
    2025/05/06

My clients are women who have it all together. They take care of everyone and everything. But they rarely have someone in their life who can take care of them, no matter how exhausted they are.

    Maybe you can relate?

In this episode, I’m speaking to all the women out there (myself included) who are holding everything together. Join me as we talk about:

    • What it means to hold it all together
    • Why so many women want to be seen this way
    • What we gain & what we lose by holding it all together
    • The realities of compounded exhaustion
    • How to soften our grip around needing to be in control

Tune in for practical advice on how to feel more freedom and ease in your day-to-day. And keep listening to the end for a breadcrumb about practicing your sacred no.

    2025/04/22

Do you feel like you have to be on your best behavior all the time? Like you should know how to handle things by now? Or as if everyone’s judging you because you’re not quite getting it “right”?

  • What To Do When You Don’t Feel “Good Enough”
    2025/04/08

Welcome to season four of The Path Home!

Today we’re unpacking a phrase I hear often from clients and Homecoming participants: “not good enough.”

Everyone feels this way sometimes. But there’s something that happens with women (especially moms) where the more we have to do, the more we expect of ourselves — and the worse we start to feel about our work, lives and parenting.

So in this episode, I walk you through how to identify and release internal and external expectations, perfectionism, insecurity, and self-judgment.

Tune in for a pep talk to set yourself free!

  • Why Women Must Circle
    2024/10/08

Throughout history, women have circled. It’s something humans do, and when women do it, it’s particularly powerful and unique.

But in modern life, we’ve lost the spaces to circle. And it’s a profound shame, because we need women’s circles now more than ever.

Circle is where we build relationships that sustain us for a lifetime. Because every woman needs a place to be and become, where she can practice vulnerability, say messy things, hold and be held, and most importantly — where she doesn’t have to prove anything.

In this episode, I’m sharing why women must circle and inviting you to join my program Homecoming which begins next week.

Tune in today, then circle with us. We can't wait to know you.

🐦‍🔥 Homecoming is an intimate, 9-month group coaching program designed to help high-capacity mothers build courage, clarity and self-compassion within a circle of brilliant women committed to care. We start in October. Learn more + join us.

  • Are You Too Self-Reliant?
    2024/10/01

When I was in my twenties, I prided myself on being self-reliant. But now that I’m a working parent with a business and a family, self-reliance doesn’t feel as valiant as it used to.

    Today we’re talking about:

    • Why we think we should be self-reliant
    • How to uncover your beliefs about self-reliance
    • Why parents can’t do it all on their own
    • How to be vulnerable

Tune in for support letting letting go of your grip on it all. And keep listening to the end for a breadcrumb that will support you in receiving help.

Has anyone ever called you “needy”? Or has your fear of being “needy” ever held you back from asking for more?
