  • Breakups and Healing
    2023/10/27

Mercedes and Liz (Rhiannon) talk about break ups and how to heal from them.

We talk about Phase 1 - finding yourself again where we talk about Hobbies and fun "Girls Night" ideas to distract yourself from focusing on the pain of a break up and refocusing your life back to yourself.

Phase 2 - Restore Your Mental Health

This is where you journal and process the break up. You can also try meditation, counseling, and more to heal any wounds that the relationship brought up for you.

    Phase 3 - Self Care

Sometimes when we're in a relationship, we tend to forget to take care of ourselves. So take this time to do that again.

Such as better hair care, skin care, nails. Take a nap or take a bubble bath.

Phase 4- Reflect on your past relationships and Get back out there.

Take time on what you could have done better in your past relationship and what you did and didn't appreciate about your ex so that you know what to look for in the future.
