Whenever I attempted to force myself to drop weekly episodes consistently, I noticed the quality of the content was lacking. I also noticed I wasn't really enjoying my time with the mic. I felt a sense of anxiousness when I wasn't being consistent (because of life reasons). So much to the the point where one week without content led to weeks, months and eventually almost a whole year without content. Little did I know, I needed that break. That yearlong break helped me appreciate the journey more. It helped me realize I needed to slow down and continue to podcast journey with flow and ease. Letting it be what it is. If I released content weekly, great. But if not, That's also fine. As long as the consistency and the work is there. Now I find podcasting more enjoyable.
Fasting has so many benefits. Fasting during the change of seasons, more specifically during the spring and autumn equinoxes, have so many more benefits. According to Viridian-nutrition.com, fasting during the spring and fall is when the sun and earth are most in alignment with each other, carries greater benefit and is more spiritually effective, with one of the reasons being the blood is thinner during the equinox and when the blood is thinner, the blood moves faster and therefore speeds up the elimination of toxins. Consider fasting during the equinox.
Stay mentally fit and stay physically fit.
