    Show Synopsis:

    - Brief year in review - 24 episodes, topics include, birth, midwifery, pelvic health, postpartum support, postpartum fitness, love, maternal mental health, outdoor lifestyle, breastfeeding and more...

    - Favourite memories from growing up

    - A tradition that you’re doing now? And is it something from your upbringing or something you’ve created?

    - I want to mention that while social media can have a lot of negativity associated with it especially in the realm of comparisons and highlight reels it can also be a really neat tool especially at this time of year, there have been so many different traditions I’ve seen other families have that have sparked ideas for things we want to incorporate into our holidays

    - if there’s anything you’ve seen online / heard someone else share and adapted for your family?

    - Is there anything you maybe didn’t love about the holidays growing up that you’re intentionally doing differently for your own family?

    - On the theme of mothers rising what would you put on your letter to Santa?
