    In this first episode of The Goal Is Soul, we discuss why this show exists, who it's for, and what you'll get every week.

    In creating this show, I made what I needed. Most of us are moving so fast that the day is over before we've arrived in it, carrying things we never put down. The Goal is Soul is a weekly place to stop. Every week there will be two episodes. Soul Talk is a short teaching that starts with something familiar from psychology and opens into the older contemplative and spiritual traditions. Soul Practice is a guided meditation that takes the teaching out of your head and puts it in your body, and finally into your soul. Fifteen to Twenty minutes each. That's it. And aren’t you worth that?

    Every week is a return to our essential nature. Soul.
