  • #110: The Grief Nobody Talks About: Finding Your Way Through with Stephanie and Michelle Bossy
    2026/06/26
Grief doesn't always look like loss. Sometimes it looks like a marriage ending, a dream that didn't pan out, or simply a life that went a different direction than you hoped. In this episode, I sit down with sisters Stephanie and Michelle Bossy — two members of the family behind Asher's Angel Foundation, a family-founded nonprofit devoted to holistic grief support for individuals and communities — for the most heartfelt and practical conversation I've had on this podcast so far.We discuss grief from both a personal and professional perspective, bolstered by Stephanie’s background as a licensed marriage and family therapist. Stephanie, Michelle, and I each share our own experiences with grief — from the loss of loved ones to divorce and the quieter losses that don't always get named. And we talk about what it actually looks like to move through grief, rather than around it.In this episode, we cover:How the somatic approach used at Asher's Angel Foundation differs from traditional grief groups, and why experiencing grief in your body changes everythingWhy community and service are so central to the healing processThe themes that arise during grief (yes, the 5 stages exist, but are far from linear)How to navigate triggering times like holidays and anniversaries through ritualThe importance of allowing your emotions fully, and finding people who can hold space for youPractical advice for moving through your own griefHow you can provide meaningful support when someone you love is grievingWhether you're in the thick of grief right now, still carrying something old, or trying to show up for someone who is hurting — this episode is for you.About Asher's Angel Foundation Asher's Angel Foundation is a family-led nonprofit devoted to supporting community members through the grief process. Through programs, events, and shared stories, they provide support, education, and meaningful experiences for anyone navigating grief — approaching healing from a holistic lens that honors the mind, body, and spirit.Web: https://www.ashersangelfoundation.org/ Instagram: @ashersangelfoundationSubstack: @ashersangelfoundation About Stephanie Bossy Stephanie is a licensed marriage and family therapist, mindful grief facilitator, and yoga instructor. 2026/06/05

It seems like these days, manifestation is all the buzz.

    And advice abounds:

1️⃣ Be specific about what you want.
    2️⃣ It should be easy.
3️⃣ Just “feel it” in order to create your dream life.

But what if none of it seems to be working.

On this episode of The Embodied Way Podcast, I share 5 misconceptions that people have about what manifestation is and how to get it to actually work for you.

    I also discuss:

✨ The six spokes of the “Wheel of Manifestation”

✨ How attachment impacts our ability to manifest

✨ 2 different kinds of time and their role in creating the life you want

✨ How to balance visualizing and dreaming up your future while remaining in the present

I can’t wait to hear about your realizations and the new synchronicities that arrive from this conversation.

  • #106: What’s Killing your Confidence and How to Shift It
    2026/05/29

When I was trying to learn how to belt as a singer, I was stuck in a pattern of pushing. Both in my voice and in my life.

I kept showing up for classes and auditions, even though things weren’t going so well.

Each time I did, rather than it getting easier, my nervous system started to shut down.

I was showing up how everyone taught me to, but failing miserably. Faking confidence did nothing to yield the results I wanted and probably made it worse.

In this episode, I share why and how we can build confidence in a better way, through Embodiment.

    I discuss:

    • What Confidence actually is
    • The most commonly recognized paths to confidence
    • Why skill and talent aren’t required to be confident
    • The 4 kinds of thoughts and behaviors that are killing your confidence
    • Why “Fake It Until You Make It” is ineffective and can actually be harmful
    • Powerful shifts you can make in the way you are showing up to build your confidence instead.
    • How the E.M.M. Embodiment Method supports you in feeling more confident now

If you are ready to go deeper, you are invited to my free workshop The Confident Creator on June 4th.

  • #105: Using Energy Work to Grow your Creative Business with Heather Wick
    2026/05/22

Did you know that your business or creative career has an energy all of its own?

During this episode, I sit down with Heather Wick, founder of the Sacred Boardroom, to discuss how to connect with and work with your business’ energy.

    We discuss:

    • The difference between your personal energy and the energy of your business.
    • How your creative career functions like a business energetically.
    • How to work with energy for your many passions if you are a multihyphenate, and
    • What kind of benefits you can expect from doing energy work in this way.

If you’ve ever felt like your business or creative career is working against you, be sure to tune into this empowering conversation.

    About Our Guest

Heather Wick is the founder of Sacred Boardroom, where she serves as a Chief Energetics Officer for visionary leaders building companies that are meant to move culture forward. Through ritual-based strategy sessions and ongoing energetic stewardship, she helps founders meet the deeper intelligence of their business, clear unseen blocks, and bring their leadership into alignment with the frequency their company is here to hold.

Her work blends practical business experience with deep energetic attunement. After spending 15 years in the corporate world, including a successful career in the mortgage industry, and over 2 years of intensive training in energy work, Heather now guides founders through a radically different way of leading: one where intuition, integrity, and energetic coherence become strategic advantages.

The result is a business that moves with clarity, attracts the right people, and grows in a way that feels both powerful and sustainable. Because when the energetic operating system of a company is aligned, everything else begins to organize itself around that frequency.
