I have many many many thoughts on dating seriously again, I feel like in the past 4 months of entering a new relationship I have already learned so much, and will probably continue to do so.

The last time i entered a relationship I was 19 years old, and I'm now 31. Things are entirely different, I am entirely different. And after being fiercely single for 3 years... I wasn't going to step into this blindly...

Happy Wellness Wednesday stunners! 🦋 a slightly spontaneous one for you today... technology has been TESTING me... which meant i needed to spend my afternoon in the apple store when i'd use sit down to record the episode... so i decided to take us all on the adventure to get my phone fixed haha

and tbh i think it tied in pretty perfectly to this weeks topic, in which i wanted to discuss turning limiting beliefs into liberating beliefs, a statement i'd heard recently that has landed with me ever since

i have the limiting belief that vlogging or having a podcast is sometimes cringey or embarrassing, and that i shouldnt be doing it... which is silly, because why can't i?! so i sought out that inner liberation and did it anyway!

so come find that inner switch with me, turning 'i can't' into 'i'm going to figure out how' 🫶🏻
