i wanna talk about change, time, spontaneity and serendipity today, and tbh i apologise if it comes out as a bit of a jumbled mess, you're hearing my real thoughts in real time as i'm processing some real shit 😅 and i'm hoping this means we can figure stuff out together! if you are approaching change, need to shake things up a bit, but are somewhat stuck, well hopefully this is that chat that gets us a little unstuck!

life rarely hands us certainty - it hands us opportunities. and our inaction or hesitation allows those opportunities to pass us by, so lets see if we can get a little better at embracing change, seeking out spontaneity and following curiosity over certainty.

Happy Wellness Wednesday stunners! 🦋 this week's episode is a little heart-to-heart about something I've been navigating a lot recently: meeting resistance and staring at it in the face...

as I've been leaning into this month's yoga theme of limitless - allowing ourselves to live bigger, freer and more unapologetically - I can't help but notice that resistance seems to have met me at every turn... and as always, I'm doing my best to see the positive re-frame in this and i came up with this... maybe resistance isn't always a sign that you're heading in the wrong direction? what if it's simply a sign that you're stepping beyond the edges of what's familiar?

in this episode, we're chatting about expansion, discomfort, the temptation to shrink ourselves to make others more comfortable, and why becoming more of yourself can sometimes feel surprisingly confronting. I share my thoughts on why joy can be disruptive, why not everyone will celebrate your growth, and how we can keep choosing ourselves anyway.

if you've ever felt like the more authentic you become, the more the world seems to ask you to make yourself smaller, I hope this conversation reminds you that you don't need permission to take up space, your voice isn't too loud, your dreams aren't too big and your joy isn't too much 🫶🏻
