Happy Wellness Wednesday stunners! 🦋 apologies for the sliiiight delay in this week's episode... but I'm sure its worth the wait!
I decided to do things a little bit differently, by basically having a lil lie down chat with you all, which almost felt like I was offering you all some whimsical pillow talk... i like it ahaha. Who says I have to sit up straight all the while eh?!

I've heard that the planets are doing some fun things... the lions gate portal... the solar eclipse... new moon... that fiery energy is high! but whilst we might have that fire in our bellies, this is an invitation to meet that yang energy with a little bit of yin...
