Your niche is the foundation: who you help and what specific problem you solve.

Your messaging is how you talk about it in a way that makes the right person immediately feel seen. You need both, but you have to get them in the right order.

I go into what makes a niche strong enough to actually anchor a business, why trying to speak to everyone online is the fastest way to become invisible, and the one question worth sitting with after you listen: what is the specific problem your ideal student is living with right now, and how would she describe it in her own words?

For 20 years she worked as a fashion stylist, spent most of that time managing chronic pain from scoliosis, and came to yoga the way many people do: looking for something that would help. What she found was that the existing modalities weren't quite doing it. So she built her own.
