Have you ever looked at other online business owners with all their funnels and automations and wondered if that’s the piece you’re missing to finally grow?

I wondered the same thing this year, so I joined a business program to learn how to do it all. It took me very little time to realise something I didn’t expect, and it changed the direction of my business and what I want to teach you.

In this episode I’m pulling back the curtain on what I’m focusing on to grow Blissful Biz to multiple six figures in 2027. I’ll tell you how many members the Hive has right now and how much it actually brings in each month, which might surprise you, and why that number made me completely rethink how I create recurring revenue. I’ll also share how one premium program made more than $250,000 while I spent half the year travelling in my camper van, and why I’m bringing that kind of offer back in a very different way.

If you’re a yoga teacher who wants to grow without taking on more tech and more complexity, I think this episode will feel like a big exhale.
