Eating well is not about restrictive diets and weight loss - in fact far from it. Caroline's philosophy, very similarly to mine, is all about getting people moving and active. One of her many tools is to look at your diet, what are you fuelling yourself on. Making tweaks to give you energy, feel better, maybe improve certain conditions and so on all leads to you feeling more ready to get out there and reach your goals.
