  • self care doesn't have to be aesthetic.
    2026/03/24

While self care doesn't have to be aesthetic, we're not saying you SHOULDN'T post a dimly-lit picture of you listening to episode 133 of Telepathy on your TV with an aesthetic candle and a glass of wine...Anyways, for this week's episode, Enzo and Anna are exploring the realm of self-care as it relates to social media, gender, and a true work-life balance. They discuss their personal reset rituals and distinguish the difference between long-term self care habits vs. the occasional splurge of DoorDashing and taking an "everything shower." Anna unravels her post-work routine and how she implements self care into her daily 9-5, while wanting to add in activities like yoga and walking. On the other hand, Enzo describes how self care can help her feel feminine, while still recognizing the pointless gendering of self care products. Regardless, Enzo hopes to smell like a coconut 24/7...

  • individual thinking & group polarization
    2026/02/17

Episode 128 of Telepathy might, in fact, be opinion-based. This week, Enzo and Anna are investigating the state of critical thinking and group polarization, courtesy of social media herself. Despite featuring a wedding and many symbols of unity, Bad Bunny's Super Bowl Halftime performance has still managed to ruffle some feathers. Enzo and Anna discuss how many people can't form an opinion until they've seen a TikTok about it, relying on the comments to think for them. In addition, Enzo proposes that social media has led many moderates to adopt more radical opinions due to group polarization. Similarly, Anna encourages people to simply watch the halftime show and form an opinion away from social media, as opposed to needing a headline to tell you how to think...

  • the proteinification of everything.
    2026/02/03

If there’s a will, there’s a whey. Okay…the protein jokes end now, sorry. For episode 126 of Telepathy, Enzo and Anna analyze the recent protein pandemic, or what Enzo calls the “proteinifcation” of everything. They unpack recent diet culture trends and how certain food groups have been demonized in the past. With low-carb diets being praised, why is protein the only macronutrient that has yet to be villainized? They also discuss how protein has become more accessible and, therefore, more profitable. As opposed to spending $50 on a rib-eye steak, you could just spend $2 on Starbucks protein cold foam! As a pescatarian, Enzo also addresses the “insufficient protein consumption” allegations. Finally, Anna brings light to the evolution of protein bars, from RX bars to David Bars. Are the ingredients changing based on new scientific information, or is it just the newest food fad?
