  • #EP30: A motorbike crash, a long recovery, and one powerful decision to keep living fully!
    2025/12/17

That’s exactly what Alexis shared when she sat down on the T2FIT Talks podcast👏

In July 2023, Alexis was involved in a motorbike crash that left her with soft tissue damage and every tendon and ligament ruined in her ankle, plus a hole in her knee. For an entire year, she relied on a walking aid or crutch. Her recovery was long, slow, and challenging but in summer 2024, she woke up knowing she wanted to make a change. 🚀

She knew she needed the right support for her injuries, and T2FIT ticked every box for her.

Her story is truly inspiring, and her mindset on life after everything she’s been through is nothing short of incredible. 🙌

Alexis is full of life, loves adventure and shared a powerful message, pushing through the fear of doing something new, even after injury, because life is simply too short not to have fun. 🌟

We’re so proud to share stories like this and highlight the strength, resilience, and energy our members bring every day.
