  • 18. Your Sexuality Is More Powerful Than You Think
    2026/07/29

We come back after a month away and an honest look at my resistance, and why I keep choosing to speak about women’s sexuality even when fear and shame are loud. I break down how sexuality becomes a lived source of confidence, creativity, and connection when we meet it with presence, care, and celebration. In this episode:

    • returning to the podcast as a personal gift and a commitment
    • completing ceremonial yoni massage facilitator training and feeling initiated into deeper leadership
    • facing layers of shame and the fear of being judged or triggering others
    • why a trauma-informed approach matters when talking about sex and sexual healing
    • the shift from performing confidence to embodying trust in your yes and no
    • desire as creative energy that fuels art, work, relationships and new life chapters
    • sexuality as connection to self, partner, community and spirituality
    • the vision of normalising intimacy practices like everyday self-care

If you listen to this and thinking, yes, I want to be on this podcast where I can like freely talk about my own sexuality and how it's helped me in my journey, message me - I'd love to chat.

  • 17. I spent years chasing more life…until I realised I wasn’t fully in this one.
    2026/06/29

I share the truth I rarely say out loud: I spent years trying to outrun an ordinary life because I thought aliveness lived somewhere else. I trace it back to a childhood moment, then land on the lesson that meaning comes from presence and attention in the life we already have.

    • the fear of an ordinary life and how it shapes choices
    • a vivid childhood memory that reveals a core belief
    • living abroad as a way to make everyday life feel exciting
    • why embodied memories come from being present
    • attention over intensity as the foundation of a meaningful life
    • using the five senses to return to the moment
    • curiosity as the engine of joy and creativity
    • prompts to redefine what an exciting life looks like

So this week don’t look for a bigger life. Look more closely at the one you’re already living.

  • 16. I've spent years trying to earn belonging.
    2026/06/25

I share a truth I have rarely said out loud: I spent years trying to earn belonging by building a life abroad and tying my worth to achievement. I unpack what changed when the external “perfect life” still did not feel like home, and why I now believe belonging is received, not earned.

    • living abroad across Thailand, Hong Kong, Spain, Costa Rica and returning to London
    • linking happiness, worth and home to external set-up and constant change
    • admitting the ego piece, including moments of feeling superior
    • choosing compassion over shame when ego shows up
    • the breakdown moment when the outside fixes do not work
    • redefining home as safety to be fully yourself in your body
    • recognising how depression can distort belonging and why this matters
    • reflecting on where we are still earning what can only be received

Reflect on that. It’s deep, get honest with yourself, and let know how you feel.

  • 15. I have been following rules that were never mine.
    2026/06/23

I am going back to choosing a simpler rhythm for the podcast and explain why two short, raw episodes a week feels truer than one longer release. We explore how honesty, self-compassion, and trusting the body’s timing builds emotional intimacy with ourselves and with life.

    • returning to a two-episodes-a-week format and keeping it raw and unedited
    • telling our truths as an invitation to reflect without blame or judgement
    • emotional intimacy starting within and rippling out into relationships and life
    • noticing how “should” rules distort creativity and make the process heavy
    • learning from losing momentum when we follow what seems logical but feels untrue
    • treating creativity as self-prioritisation and a meditative verbal journal
    • questions to sit with about permission, rhythm, and inner authority

Let me know what rule have you been following no longer possible for you, and what might become possible if you gave yourself permission to trust your own rhythm instead.

  • 14. Owning Your Voice In Intimacy and Creativity
    2026/06/15

We change the rhythm of the show so we can go deeper, speak more honestly, and make room for real reflection. We share why owning our voice in intimacy and creativity matters, how our body helps us communicate, and the questions that bring us back home to ourselves.

    • moving from twice-weekly shorts to one deeper weekly conversation
    • recording from bed and using silence to invite intimacy and honesty
    • why we care about owning our voice in relationships and in creative work
    • Amy’s story of language delay, moving countries, and struggling to belong
    • what language barriers teach us about body language and connection
    • how unspoken needs in dating can turn into drama and heartbreak
    • gratitude for having a voice and the responsibility to use it
    • coming home to the body as a path to expression and belonging
    • sexual energy as creative energy and why sensuality supports creativity
    • journalling prompts and two questions to speak one truth and share one creative act

Please reach out to me. Let me know, let me know what you connect with, what you want to hear more of.

  • 13. The Dating Shift That Stopped Me Losing Myself
    2026/06/08

I share the one thing I’m doing to stop myself losing me in the early stages of dating, especially when anxiety and phone checking kick in. Dating myself on purpose helps me feel calmer, communicate my needs more clearly, and actually enjoy getting to know someone.

    • recognising anxious attachment patterns like future fantasy and constant checking
    • journalling on whether I would want to date myself
    • committing to a weekly solo date with real intention
    • meeting basic needs like sleep, meals, movement and phone boundaries
    • making solo dates realistic with busy schedules, kids and cost of living
    • reframing “selfish” and seeing self-neglect as the real selfishness
    • learning to enjoy slow dating and tolerate uncertainty
    • reflecting on self-sabotage and what I need most to feel secure

Go and do it for yourself and let me know how it goes.

  • 12. What If Life Could Turn You On Again?
    2026/06/04

In this episode, I rework the rhythm of the show so Monday holds depth and Thursday becomes a short, energising hit that brings you back to your body. I share a poetic line about letting life seduce us into creation, then unpack how presence, blank space, and courage with the unknown can unlock sensuality and creative flow.

    • why Thursday becomes a quick “seduction” style boost
    • why Monday stays slower and deeper with research and story
    • how I want this to feel like an intimate conversation
    • “Imagine human creativity if we let life seduce us into creation” and what it stirs up
    • redefining creativity beyond art into daily life and relationships
    • how overstimulation blocks presence and original ideas
    • finding blank space without forcing formal meditation
    • using breath and bedtime wind-down to regulate the nervous system
    • embracing the unknown as part of creative expression and sensual surrender

  • 11. The Woman Who Has It All But Feels Empty: How to Reclaim Your Voice, Desire & Joy
    2026/06/01

In this episode, we explore how choosing pleasure over pressure in our sex lives creates deeper presence in everyday life, which can bring back desire, joy, and radiance.

I share my own patterns around performance and “zero battery”, then ground it in research on responsive desire so you can apply it in real life.

    • prioritising pleasure rather than rushing to an end goal
    • letting go of performance and getting honest without shame
    • filling our cup so we have more patience and capacity
    • why pleasure is selfless and builds emotional safety
    • becoming more responsive rather than reactive in relationships
    • responsive desire versus spontaneous desire and why many women feel “broken” when they are not
    • two activators of responsive desire: low stress and erotic sensation
    • one weekly practice and one question to explore what feels pleasurable right now

If you want to explore for yourself how to have one hour of multiple orgasms, come and message me - I have a 1:1 coaching container for that!
