    St. John Bosco is one of my favorite saints and someone I hold very close to my heart. I attended a school run by the Salesians, and their witness left a lasting mark on my life. This episode is shared with gratitude for the mission he began and the lives it continues to shape.

    Today the Church honors St. Gildas the Wise, a monk, priest, and historian who lived during a time of moral collapse and political chaos in early Britain. Known for his courage and clarity, St. Gildas spoke difficult truths out of love for God and concern for souls.
