    If you’ve ever felt stuck trying to figure out the “best” workout… this episode is for you.

    There’s no shortage of advice when it comes to fitness. Cardio vs strength training. The “best” fat loss workouts. The most efficient way to build muscle.

    And while there are principles that matter… most people don’t struggle because they don’t know enough.

    They struggle because they’re trying to follow plans that don’t actually fit their life.
