    Today’s episode might feel like a curveball and maybe it is, in the best way.

    I’m sharing a personal story about a recent shift I’ve felt in my fitness journey. For the first time in years, I realized I wasn’t chasing a specific goal. No new PR, no physique focus, no challenge. And that moment brought up some unexpected feelings: guilt, doubt… even a little fear.

    But what if… that’s not a bad thing?
    What if being content isn’t the same as being complacent?
    And what if your consistency without a finish line is actually a sign that you’ve grown?
