    In this episode of Reframe Your Life with Rachael, we’re talking about something most people don’t talk about enough in the spiritual space — the wrestle. You know, those moments when everything feels heavy, old patterns start creeping back in, and you wonder if you’re slipping backward.

    I’ll share a recent moment from my own life when I felt overwhelmed and doubtful, even though I thought I had been doing everything right. It was in the middle of a simple self-care moment, standing at my bathroom sink, that I had a light bulb realization. I wasn’t backsliding — I was in the middle of my wrestle.
