    • Talk to yourself like a best friend or loving parent.
    • 💭 Brain dump: Anything cluttering your mind — just pour it out

    • 💤 Sleep intention or mantra:“I choose peace over perfection.”“My body and mind are ready to rest.”


    • Journal Prompts:

      • What thoughts are taking up the most space in my mind right now?
      • What am I trying to control that I could let go of?
      • What would I tell my best friend or my child if they felt like I do right now
      • Where in my body am I holding tension?
      • What old story or belief should I rewrite?
      • What emotion keeps coming up lately — and what is it asking me to notice?
