  • How to be kind to yourself

    With things in life that we can't control and can't change in an instant, it's very tempting to talk very unkindly to ourselves. That's normal just because we have a brain. But that doesn't mean that we have to keep the unkindness for long. That won't help anyone and definitely won't help yourself get out the situation (like lose weight) any faster, actually it perpetuates the negative cycle. We have to be kind to ourselves.     Hello darlings, I believe that the first step to overcome emotional eating is awareness. Even though I still believe that, yesterday I came across another great first step, Believe you can.
    It sounds simple, and it is, however, a lot of us want to change, stop emotional eating, lose weight, but we don't believe we can actually succeed in doing it.
    So, the episode today is to believe you can do it first, then take the action, then keep believing it until you get what you want.

    You know when you have an idea for something amazing but fear comes in and stops you from taking action on it? The idea doesn't go away, it keeps nagging in the back of your mind.

    That's me right now!

    But the nagging is annoying and louder than the fear. 

    So, here I am... I'm going to share my amazing idea with fear anyway!

    I have a GREAT 1-on-1 programme to help my type-A successful clients to overcome emotional eating and I absolutely LOVE working with them, but lately I've also been feeling called to help more and more women, and that got me thinking...

    I know how challenging it can be when you're trying to stop emotional overeating, lose weight and feel better and no one is there to help with mindset or even knowing what to do.

    So, my idea is to create a community of like-minded women to help and support one another in their journey to overcome emotional eating, lose weight, have fun and more pleasure in their lives... all in one place!

    This is just a raw idea, nothing has been created YET, however I can see this turning into a powerful house community of badass women to cheer each other up, grow and be the best version of ourselves together. 

    It's going to be a space that is safe and free of judgment to empower women with the mindset and skill set to take ACTION by creating pleasure beyond food (hmm might that be a cool name!?). It's going to be a virtual party and a hi vibe place to hang out with women that want the same things as you 🎊 because I believe that when women come together, great things happen and I want to contribute to that.

    Right... So, this is a PRE-reveal of Founders Launch of my new membership.
