The truth is, there was no consistency in the messaging. The client shifted perspective.

When you start a business, you're not gonna be perfect in every step.

You're gonna make mistakes.

You're gonna pick up lessons.

No one on Earth knows everything right. But if you keep them on that, everything starts doing the action, the learning, reading a book, listening to podcasts and YouTube and people who've done it before you did wonderful.

If you are not trying yourself, if you are not taking the action, nothing will change. So I feel like confidence doesn't come first, action does.

You have to really gain that confidence by being competent".
