  • Balancing the Body

    Working with clients we often discover imbalances such as differences in strength and mobility between the sides, discoordinated movement patterns or misalignments. Creating a more balanced body can decrease joint stress, improve performance and decrease pain. In this episode, Brian and Nora discuss ways to work toward balance through modifying repetitions, changing resistance, mental focus and changing daily habits.
