Welcome to Episode 60!!

This week the boys jump straight into discussing the last couple of weeks. A quick catch up that is long overdue includes Andy discussing the failure of being dragged to an awards ceremony and not winning...

Parkrun Parables features Andre dissecting the new Course at Arrow Valley following runner Max Kelly's inaugural success, whilst Tim discusses his parkrun PB at Stratford Upon Avon having finally listened to Andy's triumphant advice.

Ian Dawson joins us for some oddly difficult Goldy on Guitar, and discusses all things North Wales, including the Chester Marathon and the 3 Chester challenge.

The boys ask the Strava Club for the races they have spent a fortune on, whilst MARM makes some shocking admissions about recent panic purchases.

The boys review their two best races of the year in both Alcester and Oxford respectively, where PB's and Course PBs tumbled around their ears.

Tim is up to his neck in trouble at the Abingdon Marathon on Sunday, whilst making a rash online Voom purchase. Will he turn up??

Welcome to Episode 59!!

It's the last pod before a mid Oxford break, this week the boys jump straight into discussing poor quality Adios Pro 5s and the uproar therein. Wear or no wear? (No wear). Andy discusses the family trip to Historic Chester, whilst Tim (at the moment) isn't going to Manchester.

Parkrun Parables features Andre discussing his 100 volunteer effort, which somehow "slipped" out on Saturday. Tim tries and fails at one of the most vulnerable parkruns in the Midlands.

The Random Runner, Ultra Legend Paul Manson, drops by to talk about his recent 7 marathon Cruise Ships challenge as well as all things trail and trainers. The boys ask the Strava Club for what they are up to over the weekend, and are met with some jet setting responses.

The review covers the Petzl Big Bear 10K for Andy and the Vitality London 10K for Tim. Both races yielded decent performances from both - but how were the dirt traps, medals, swag and scenery?

Welcome to Episode 58!!

This week the boys jump straight into discussing poor quality (and high quality) 1980's sitcoms. From Dear John to Bread. Sunday nights of horrors. Talking of horrors, Andy barely survived a hornet sting, but lived to tell the tale. He was nearly killed.

Parkrun Parables features Andre discussing the Winter Course at Arrow Valley. Again. He may have mentioned it already. Talking of badly kept secrets - it is Andy's 100 Voluteer parkrun credit tomorrow. Please don't mention it, it will only embarrass him.

Rob Crowe joins us for some 1960's based Goldy on Guitar, where all of the song titles are clearly in the verse, but BEST of all, he stays online for a new version of Guess The Number. And this version of the game is FIRE!

The boys ask the Strava Club for the race they'd run again and again and get some lovely read outs, as well as your emails - which are full of advice!

Tim drones on about the new Adidas Pro 5, which are on their way directly back to the store, whilst Andy pretend to be interested, with the Vitality 10K round the corner for Tim and the Big Bear Petzl Night Trail for Andy.
