  • Things I Don’t Accept Anymore at 61
    2026/07/19

At 61, I’ve realized there are some things I just don’t accept anymore.

Not because I’m angry or bitter, but because I finally understand how important it is to protect my peace, my health, my time, and my joy.

In this episode, I’m talking about the things I’ve stopped tolerating in this season of life, including rude behavior, mean girl energy, cliques, one-sided relationships, guilt around spending money on my health, the pressure to always be busy, and postponing travel or happiness for “someday.”

I also share how losing 120 pounds, rebuilding my health, and stepping into a new chapter of life have changed the way I think about boundaries, friendships, self-care, and gratitude.

If you’re a woman over 50 or 60 who is learning to choose peace, stop people-pleasing, and enjoy your life more fully, I hope this episode feels like a conversation with a friend.

What is something you no longer accept at this stage of life?
