  • She Built the Gym She Needed | Tiffany Harlan
    2026/09/03

What happens when the career you thought you wanted leaves you burned out?

For Tiffany Harlan, the answer was reinvention.

From exercise science and personal training to OrangeTheory, mortgage lending, five years as a PE teacher, motherhood, and eventually opening Movement Fitness with her husband, Tiffany's journey has been anything but straightforward.

We talk about burnout, raising two kids while running a gym, building a community, HYROX, strength training, postpartum fitness, and why her definition of success has changed completely.

Plus, we get into some very important topics like man makers, terrible push-ups, toddlers being tiny drunk people, pickleball, Taylor Swift, and the world's most committed sheetrock-breaking burglar.

    This is Tiffany Harlan's story.

    Here's to You. 🥂

  • Helping People Forget Life Sucks | Erick Zayas
    2026/08/20

This week on Here's to You, we're joined by comedian, content creator, MC, and professional instigator Erick Zayas.

What starts as a conversation about dating, social media, DJs, fatherhood, and the chaos of being online eventually turns into something much more personal.

Erick talks about growing up in a family that struggled financially, searching for validation as a kid, and the moment he realized he wanted to become an entertainer after seeing George Lopez bring laughter into a difficult moment for his family.

He also opens up about losing a childhood friend and how that experience changed his perspective on purpose, friendship, and the impact we can have on other people.

For Erick, the goal isn't necessarily to find one perfect definition of success. It's much simpler: be useful, make people laugh, and help someone forget that life sucks—even if it's only for a few minutes.

It's a funny, unfiltered, and surprisingly heartfelt conversation about comedy, purpose, fatherhood, friendship, and figuring out what you're supposed to do with your life.

Pull up a chair and join us.

  • Here's To You LIVE: A Dinner Party with Builders, Creators & Owners
    2026/06/26

Season 4 ends a little differently this year.

For the first time ever, Here's To You stepped off the couch and onto the stage for a live reunion episode in front of nearly 100 people at Odd Fellow Hall in Wichita. What started as an idea back in 2021 turned into an evening filled with three conversations, a three-course dinner, three custom cocktails, plenty of shots of El Trago Blue Agave Espadín Spirit, and the kind of honest conversations that have always been at the heart of this podcast.

    This wasn't a business panel.

    It wasn't a networking event.

    It was a reunion.

Throughout the night we welcomed back twelve incredible Season 4 guests to celebrate where they've been, what's changed since their episodes, and what they're cheering to next.

    🥂 THE BUILDERS

Cole Thompson (Fortune 88 Run Club), Tianna Kelly (Hot Girls Vote), Bryan Parsons (Wichita Emerald Tattoo Convention), and Ben Myers (Wichita Food & Booze) joined us to talk about building community, the unexpected moments that happen when people come together, knowing when to keep going, and why Wichita deserves more flowers.

    🎬 THE CREATORS

Miguel (Front Steps Creative Studio), Fitz "The Film Cowboy," Steve (Bully & Bulk), and Ashley (ICT Broke Girls) brought the laughs with conversations about creative hot takes, finding inspiration, internet culture, following your curiosity, and the realities of creating in public.

    🏢 THE OWNERS

Erick Zayas made a special appearance filling in for Bryce Lob (yes, it was exactly as chaotic as you'd expect), alongside Michele Valadez (City Girlz Liquor), Cam, Stephen Reed (Elite Eclectic Company & Apprenticeship Academy), and Mariana (MD Suite Spa) for a conversation about entrepreneurship, hiring, defining success, and the lessons that only business ownership can teach you.

This episode is full of laughter, vulnerable moments, unexpected stories, audience interaction, and exactly the kind of conversations that remind us success isn't just measured by titles or accolades—it's measured by the people you build life with.

    Here's to another unforgettable season.🥃
