For Tiffany Harlan, the answer was reinvention.

From exercise science and personal training to OrangeTheory, mortgage lending, five years as a PE teacher, motherhood, and eventually opening Movement Fitness with her husband, Tiffany's journey has been anything but straightforward.

We talk about burnout, raising two kids while running a gym, building a community, HYROX, strength training, postpartum fitness, and why her definition of success has changed completely.

For the first time ever, Here's To You stepped off the couch and onto the stage for a live reunion episode in front of nearly 100 people at Odd Fellow Hall in Wichita. What started as an idea back in 2021 turned into an evening filled with three conversations, a three-course dinner, three custom cocktails, plenty of shots of El Trago Blue Agave Espadín Spirit, and the kind of honest conversations that have always been at the heart of this podcast.

This wasn't a business panel.

It wasn't a networking event.

It was a reunion.
