  • Uncover the Root: Stop Treating the Symptom
    2026/10/13

    Send us Fan Mail

Your anxiety, anger, exhaustion, shutdown, or overthinking may be symptoms not the whole story.

In this episode, I’m talking about what happens when we focus on the anxiety, anger, exhaustion, overthinking, shutdown, or relationship conflict without asking what is actually underneath it.

Sometimes the reaction is not the whole problem. It’s the body’s way of showing you that something deeper needs attention.

I’m sharing how this has shown up in my own life, what I’ve been learning about getting to the root, and why understanding yourself is only the beginning. At some point, we have to take responsibility for learning new ways to respond so we don’t keep repeating the same patterns in our relationships, our work, our bodies, and our families.

You are not wrong for struggling with something no one taught you how to handle.

But you are allowed to learn a different way.

And sometimes the smallest shift can change what you pass on to the people you love.

  • Your Anxiety is Trying to Protect You
    2026/07/30

I know it doesn't feel that way. When anxiety shows up, it feels like it's sabotaging you. your nervous system is doing exactly what it was designed to do.

In this episode, I break down what anxiety actually is, show you how it shows up in your brain with real examples, and give you grounding techniques you can use right now to calm yourself down.

This is for the ambitious leader who are tired of fighting their anxiety and ready to work WITH their nervous system instead of against it.

  • I Owned My Mess and It Changed Everything
    2026/07/14

Welcome to the Fierce & Free podcast and yes, we have a new name!

The mess from my life that has taught me sooo much is the reason why.

I used to think that being a mess meant something was wrong with me. That I needed to fix it, hide it, or at least wait until I had it together before I could show up but somewhere along the way I had a realization that completely shifted how I see myself, my life, and my personal growth journey: there is nothing wrong with being messy. There is nothing wrong with being human.

The name Fierce & Free was born from that moment. It is not about being fearless. It is not about having it all figured out. It is about feeling the fear, owning the mess, and doing it anyway. Because the real question was never "how do I stop being messy?" it was "how can i support myself through this?" "what space do i need to provide myself to stay balanced" and "how fast can I learn from it?" And honestly? I have learned a lotttttt.

In this episode I am sharing some of the most vulnerable things I have ever talked about publicly real moments from my life and personal development journey that I used to keep quiet. I am sharing them now because I believe someone out there needs to hear that messy progress is still progress. That showing up imperfectly is still showing up. And that the fastest path to personal growth is not perfection. it is ownership.

If you have been waiting to feel ready, waiting to feel fearless, or waiting until your life looks a little less like a work in progress this episode is for you. It is worth a listen.

Subscribe to Fierce & Free for weekly conversations on self-improvement, overcoming fear, building self love/trust, and learning to be unapologetically, beautifully human.

  • Go until YOU are satisfied
    2026/06/29

Stop chasing their dream. Start owning yours. Balancing life and business can be lonely, scary, and confusing especially when you feel the tug to do things differently than you were raised.

    But that's your GIFT.

In this episode, I'm sharing why the toxic 'go go go' narrative is BS, and what actually happens when you define success on YOUR terms. Spoiler: everything gets easier when it's actually YOUR life. 💚

  • Intuition vs Anxiety: How to Tell the Difference and Start Trusting Yourself
    2026/03/27

    You’re not lacking awareness… you’re lacking self-trust.
In this episode, we’re breaking down the real difference between intuition and anxiety — and why so many self-aware, growth-focused people still find themselves second-guessing their decisions.

    Because both can feel similar.

Both can show up in your body.

Both can tell you to pause.

But one is guiding you… And the other is trying to protect you.
    You’ll learn:

    • How to actually tell the difference between intuition and anxiety
    • Why your brain is wired to keep you safe (not aligned)
    • What intuition really feels like vs. anxious overthinking
    • How to start building self-trust in a grounded, realistic way
    • Why you don’t need to eliminate anxiety to move forward

This episode is for you if you already know what to do… but you’re not consistently trusting yourself enough to act on it.

It’s time to stop second-guessing and start leading yourself.
