    Tip #2 Eat your biggest meals during the day when you metabolism is at its highest. Eat small meals at night when your metabolism is at its slowest

    Tip #3 Do your cardio before breakfast. You can only burn fat while in a fasted state. Ramp up your fat burning abilities by taking a walk before breakfast.
