This podcast covers a variety of information concerning healthy practices, including, but not limited to mental health, physical health, self-improvement and personal development. While I will, at times, be the main speaker on the podcast, most of the time the narrator on the podcast will be a team member from my parent organization - StressHealth Solutions International (or SHSI). That said, I am referring to the structure of the podcast as more of a "Narrative Podcast." For the most past, the podcast will consist mainly of a narrative introduced and presented by one of the team members at SHSI, and it will not have or follow the more traditional format of one-on-one interviews. The decision was made by the team that this format allows for greater and more frequent coverage of a variety of health and health related information.     You can learn a lot by paying attention to nonverbal communication, but have you ever stopped to wonder what your body language is communicating to the people around you?

    Whatever the words, whatever the body language, the key is to ensure they match each other. In communication, when those languages align, we call it congruence and when they don't, it's incongruence.

    You've probably been in a situation where someone is telling you one thing with their words, but their body language says the opposite. Whether it's because they're in a defensive position or literally shaking their head even though they're saying yes, sometimes it's obvious.

    Sometimes, body language is more subtle, and you have to pay more attention to what someone's non-verbals are telling you.
