Carlene Fonseca is the founder of The Greatest You Consulting, a healing centered, trauma-informed wellness business. Her core services include an 8 dimensions wellness workshop series, products/tools to help folks on their journey, organizational and group facilitation, and her growing speaking engagements as a recent TEDx speaker. and Core Faculty member at College Unbound, an educational program for non-traditional adult learners. With a BA in Government from Georgetown University, and an MA in Criminology from George Washington University, Certified in social-emotional learning, yoga, mental health first aid, and racial equity facilitation, Carlene is a former City Councilwoman, dedicated advocate for community empowerment, wellness, and personal growth. As a proud mother and survivor of trauma, Carlene loves hitting the gym, reading, practicing mindful movement, and is passionate about helping others find resilience and purpose, transforming life’s challenges into powerful stories of strength and transformation.
