In this solo episode of we delve into what's been going on in my life the last two weeks as well as the stigma surrounding the challenges of caregiving for elderly or sick family members. Despite the perception of caregivers as selfless and strong, the reality is often marked by exhaustion, frustration, and guilt.

We explore the reluctance to admit the difficulty of caregiving and the fear of being judged as selfish or incapable.

However, we emphasize the importance of breaking free from this stigma and creating spaces where caregivers can share their experiences openly and seek support without judgment. The episode concludes with a reminder to both caregivers and their support networks that it's okay to acknowledge the hardships of caregiving and prioritize self-care.
