  • How To Rechannel Your High Functioning Anxiety | Ep. 15

    Hello wonderful,

    Today's episode is so important!

    From working with the clients that I do, plus my own experience, I see how prevalent high functioning anxiety is.

    First up- what even is it? It's a unique form of anxiety that affects many individuals who appear to 'have it all together'. People with it often think they’re alone with it because ‘everyone else seems to be managing it all’, but that is hardly ever the case!

    It's often hidden behind 'success' and 'achievements'.

    Examples of it include- 

    -Overthinking the negative on loop

    -Perfectionism- fear of other peoples criticism

    -On edge- uneasy feeling,niggling, a restlessness- trouble sleeping

    -Over-comitting 


    We talk about WHY we experience it but most importantly, I give clear actionable steps for rechanneling the anxiety into something that works FOR YOU.

    By using these very steps I managed to take 2 minutes off of my fastest 5K run to date, CRAZY!

    Also covered, the need for creating stability which kills off anxiety's breeding ground which is found in uncertainty, as well as the different types of breath work needed for different times!

  • Stop Fighting For Your Insecurities, And Start Fighting For What You Want | Ep 14.

    Today I am discussing the importance of creating a method that works for your life and not against it. Focusing in on why we fight so damn hard for our insecurities, which then stops us getting all of the things we truly want, and why we need to be fighting for the opportunities instead.

    We discuss how all you need to make a habit is a one time successful change, and how uncomfortable it is to swap your thumbs over, (yes I said thumbs!).

    Listen in to how to start rewriting and creating new paths of thinking, how to bio hack your familiar thought process and the importance of deshedding parts of you that aren't serving you.

    How we do anything is how we do everything, and that comes down to a lot to do with how we see the world...which lens do you see it through? That life is a constant struggle, or are you open to the opportunities when they come? This will dictate so much of the outcome of your life.

    Start changing your method from today, through your thoughts, awareness, interactions, how much you play! We are self built, so carve away what isn't you.

  • Why It's Actually A Bad Thing To Reach Your Goals Too Soon | Ep 13.

    Hi love,

    Did you know, there's a reason why 70% of lottery winners go bankrupt within a few years?

    Today I wanted to talk to you about why we 'shouldn't' actually want to reach our goals too quickly...

    How many of you, if you had the option would choose to have that dream goal come true tomorrow? I imagine the majority of course would initially say OBVIOUSLY, which I get, who wouldn't appear to want it with such ease, without all the trials and errors, I get it....but it comes at a price.

    We discuss the need for not getting our goal too quickly. We talk about all things we have to become, the lessons, the learnings, the appreciation, that is necessary in gaining 'true' success.

  • How To Break The Cycle Of Negative Self Talk | Ep 12.

    Hey you,

    Today we talk about how to break the cycle of negative self talk. We can all be guilty of this one, some far worse than others, but it sneaks into our daily lives if we don't bring awareness to it. Often we talk to ourselves like absolute sh*t, and we don't realise how damaging that is to our self belief.

    I break it down and talk about the importance of writing down your negative thoughts, why? because the very act of writing it down, switches on our rational part of our brains. It's the same reason that it's important to write down a gratitude journal, because it takes it out of your mind, and wakes up the conscious part of the brain. By writing it down, we can then begin to break the thought loop.

    Also discussed if you struggle with negative self talk, is the importance of keeping a photo of yourself as a child nearby.

    By the end of this episode, if you start to implement these very things, I can guarantee you'll start breaking the cycle, little by little.
