  • Understanding that exercise is never going to get easy.

    To be honest exercise never gets any easier, we all have great days and love it and other days we just don't want to do it. The days you don't want to do it are the days you should do it, your building a discipline and mental fortitude in getting out there are doing some exercise. Ok on the flip side don't beat yourself up if you don't, just remember you need to get out there the next day don't keep putting it off. You have to enjoy the exercises you want to do, so find the activity you like the most and do more of that, just remember to be active. It is about enjoying what you do that matters most.
