Additionally, you load the ingredients into the bread machine (either pre-mixed or by manually weighing the components), and the computer kneads and verifies the bread for you before it bakes.
It is important to note that this procedure is not quick and requires at least three hours per loaf. Because of the way the baking dish is made, bread makers' loaves seem to be more square-shaped than store-bought ones, but they weigh around 800 grams on average, the same as most store-bought loaves.
