あらすじ・解説
In a world where chemicals and synthetics have become the answer to all the problems, man sometimes turns a blind eye and a deaf ear to the harm that these chemicals and synthetics are causing to us to the name of solving problems. The repercussion are usually not immediate, making it easier to forget or ignore. But for those of you out there who still believes that nature has the answer to all our problems, know that going natural is the best option all around. And for those of you who have become dependent on man-made products, think twice on the money and health you are wasting. As you listen to this book, you will realize how plants can be a better replacement for artificial products, and it will cost just a fraction of what you are currently spending.
This book consists of two sections. The first part is about how you can make use of plants to help you purify the air in your home or office. What you do not realize is that regular products we use at home or in the office create and release contaminants. Common sources are electronic equipment, carpets, plastic products, glues and adhesives, heating equipment like heaters, chimneys, fireplaces, paints, pressed-wood products like hardwood, plywood, paneling, particle boards, and furniture fabrics to mention a few. The common solution would be to bring in another equipment like an air purifier. But instead you could use various plants to do the purifying job, and it will cost you much less while being a positive for your health too.
The second part addresses the common problem of mosquito bites, which bring diseases which can become serious. Mosquitoes seem to be everywhere you imagine - homes, of course, yards where your kids play, hiking trips, camping sites, and everywhere else. The most common solution is carried spray cans with a strong pungent smell that results in you inhaling the chemicals frequently. Or trips will call for creams to apply on the skin which again are laden with chemicals.
