Interesting

This book is well written. I really liked this book. For a newbie to the whole anti-inflammatory thing this is the book for me. I have already tried a few recipes. These recipes won't keep you locked in the kitchen cooking. Lots of time saving ideas. I highly recommend this book

Love it


The author provides enough information to make the listeners knowledgeable about the science behind the diet including foods to avoid and foods to emphasize or add to one’s repertoire of foods. The book also discusses traditional medicine which can be combined with western medicine to achieve fertility. The recipes are easy to follow, simple to prepare and mouth watering. Anti-Inflammatory Diet for Beginners is a nice cookbook for me!

Wonderful anti inflammatory options!


I’m a big anti inflammatory diet fan, that’s why I have an unbelievable number of anti inflammatory cookbooks both in Kindle and paperback versions. This recipe book is a perfect addition to the collection I already have. It has worthy staples recipes, solid and well-organized dietary classics, several creative and even pretentious ideas.

Fit the anti inflammatory requirements

Some of these meals may seem to be a bit familiar and even be recognized by those who are experienced in anti inflammatory diet. They balance on the edge of tried and true but ingredients are perfectly simple and fit the needs of those who constantly follow the anti inflammatory ration., Directions are surprisingly doable, and you can get interestinf with them trying the ingredients that are not listed in the necessary ones.

Handy anti inflammatory guide


I especially like that the meal prep steps are finely tailored, and they basically explain every needed step to the most timid basics which is a fine thing for an absolute beginner. Having very limited opportunity to spare on meal prep and juggling my full-time working hours and full-time diet, I find this recipe book handy and helpful.

Healthier anti inflammatory


There's a plenty of meals to try from here - the ones to have at your disposal every time, whenever you need tham, and the ones to try for a fancy kind of diet meal! They are organized well and give you an opportunity to refer to this diet daily or add it to your regular ration and make a healthier version of it.

Basic staples are exactly what I need.

The meals I've tried so far using the necessary manual settings suggested in these directions were truly helpful. This is a listenable and simple cooking guide despite all the typos and faulty time settings. Probably that's just me – too slow of a cook to prepare the dinner in a timely manner. I'm new to the anti inflammatory diet cooking since I got my was completely unprepared to the need to refer to this diet. Meals have been easy to follow, and the final dishes came out delicious. Basic staples are exactly what I need.
