I have a Polish background, I was born in Mykolaiv, Ukraine. I know five languages, Spanish, Ukrainian, French, English and Sign Language. I got to work with Down Syndrome and Special Needs. I got experience many things at a young age, that many wouldn’t experience or would experience later on. I chose to share these experiences because I used to feel ashamed, now I use it as strength. Listening to Jimmy Buffett, You never know where the next current will go. The compass of the wind direction, the wave depth, never know where your next destination may be. Light blue oceans, the sight of the Atlantic, Pacific or the Caribbean, The sails on the boat are the sails of change. The legend never dies, a legacy left behind. Throughout all of the years, of pain, lessons learned and many risks taken, each change in wind was worth it. The ocean is like therapy, my trip will always be out at sea. It’s time to real about a lot of topics. It’s not that I never wanted to share, I just wasn’t at place I was comfortable enough. I have been through a lot, that many would never go through or would go through later on. I have healed, this isn’t about being stuck in the past, but being able to move forward. Without the guilt, being stuck in survival mode. It’s not just a survival guide or map, it’s what made me who I am and I wouldn’t change any part of that.

Finding your ray of sunshine can be hard to find, in the world that live in today. Life will bring you down, people will try to quiet you and you will be critiqued for everything that you do. Keep finding for that ray of sunshine, don't let anyone tell you differently. Keeping shining, keep using your voice, keep standing up for what is right and don't let nothing change you. Finding the ray of sunshine, is finding peace with yourself and the mistakes you made past and present. You have purpose and don't let nothing change that.
