    March is Nutrition Month, and this is part 3 of our 3-part deep dive into the new Canada Food Guide, featuring Grande Prairie PCN Registered Dietitians Sarah O’Brien, Michelle Heckbert, Taylor Hannah, and Robin Lange.

    Part One
    Sarah, Taylor, and Robyn discuss the fundamental changes to the guide, and answer questions like, “Where’s the beef?"

    Part Two
    Sarah, Taylor, and Robyn talk about how healthy eating is more than the foods you eat, and how mindful eating, cooking more often, eating with others, and enjoying your food is also important.

    Part Three
