    2026/08/05

Why do some people keep moving forward through life’s hardest moments… while others feel completely stuck?

Fear is something every one of us experiences. But fear doesn’t have to make our decisions.

In this heartfelt episode of Your Mindset, Your Power, we explore why fear can keep us trapped in self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and resistance—and how shifting your mindset can help you see new possibilities, even when life feels uncertain.

Through personal stories, practical mindset insights, and one unforgettable true story of a mother who faced every parent’s worst nightmare, you’ll discover that courage isn’t about living without fear. It’s about refusing to let fear have the final say.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    • Why two people can experience the same challenge and respond in completely different ways

    • How childhood experiences and limiting beliefs quietly shape the way we see ourselves and the world

    • Why fear often feels so convincing—and how to stop letting it control your decisions

    • How to recognize the difference between a scarcity mindset and a possibility mindset

    • Simple ways to begin choosing hope, possibility, and action, even before fear disappears

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or afraid to take the next step, I hope this conversation reminds you that your circumstances don’t have to define your future.

Sometimes the biggest transformation begins with one decision…

    to keep moving forward anyway.

  • A Message From Your Future Self
    2026/07/29

What if the perspective you’ve been searching for is already waiting for you?

In this episode of Your Mindset, Your Power, I invite you to experience a simple but powerful exercise that has helped both me and many of my coaching clients navigate uncertainty with greater perspective and peace of mind.

If you’ve been overthinking a decision, questioning your next step, or feeling stuck in a season of life that seems difficult to navigate, this conversation is for you.

Together, we’ll explore why our minds tend to magnify today’s problems, how shifting your perspective can change the way you move through life’s challenges, and why clarity and confidence are often created through action—not before they arrive.

This episode isn’t about predicting the future. It’s about changing the way you see the present.

Because sometimes, the fastest way to move forward is to borrow the perspective of the person you’re becoming.

I hope this conversation leaves you with a renewed sense of possibility and the courage to take your next step.

  • The World Cup: More Than Football
    2026/07/22

The 2026 FIFA World Cup gave us unforgettable goals, incredible talent and plenty of heartbreak. But some of its most powerful moments happened away from the scoreboard.

In this episode of Your Mindset, Your Power, Mariela reflects on the stories that made this World Cup feel much bigger than football: Colombian fans comforting a young Uzbekistan supporter, Cape Verde making history, goalkeeper Vozinha proving that possibility has no expiration date, Raúl Jiménez returning to the world stage after a life-threatening injury, and fans from around the world celebrating together in the streets and stadiums.

Through humor, emotion and her own experience as a Colombian football fan married to an Argentinian, Mariela explores what the World Cup reminded us about unity, empathy, perseverance and belonging.

We do not have to become the same to connect. We can be proud of our own colors while still making room for someone else’s.

Different stories. Different jerseys. Same humanity.

  • The Third Wheel in Your Relationship: It’s Not Who You Think
    2026/07/14

You’re sitting across from someone you love, right in the middle of a conversation… and you can feel them slipping away.
    Not to another person.
    To a screen.

In this episode of Your Mindset, Your Power, we’re exploring the invisible third wheel showing up in so many relationships today. Not an affair. Not an ex. A phone.

Together, we’ll uncover why social media and short-form videos are designed to keep us scrolling, why this isn’t simply a willpower problem, and how constant digital stimulation quietly affects our attention, our nervous systems, and the people we love most.
This conversation is also a personal one. I share my own journey of becoming more present after realizing how easy it is to unintentionally make the people we love feel unheard or invisible.
You’ll also walk away with four simple, practical tools to help you interrupt the scroll, protect your relationships, and reclaim your attention—without striving for perfection.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:
    • Why social media is designed to capture and keep your attention.
    • How dopamine and variable rewards make scrolling so difficult to stop.
    • The hidden impact of digital distraction on communication, intimacy, and emotional connection.
    • Four simple tools to help you become more present with the people who matter most.

Your attention is one of the most valuable gifts you can give.
    The question is…
When was the last time someone you love had your undivided attention… without competing with your phone?

  • Stop Saying ‘Only’: The Small Word Killing Your Potential”
    2026/07/07

How often do you catch yourself saying…

“I only worked out for 20 minutes.”
“I only answered a few emails.”
“I only got a few things done today.”

That one little word—only—may be doing far more damage than you realize.

In this episode of Your Mindset, Your Power, we’re exploring how the way we measure our progress shapes our confidence, our motivation, and ultimately the actions we take.

We’ll talk about why our brains naturally focus on what we didn’t accomplish, how to break free from the “failure report” we create at the end of the day, and why confidence isn’t something you wait for—it’s something you build through small, consistent actions.

I’ll also introduce a simple mindset tool I call DSD (Do Something Different), a practical way to stop waiting for the perfect moment and start creating momentum today.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re constantly minimizing your own progress, this conversation is for you.

Remember, my friend… real transformation rarely comes from one giant leap. It begins with one small step, one different choice, and one moment where you stop saying “only” and start recognizing just how far you’ve already come.

  • Why We Judge Others — And What It Really Says About You
    2026/07/01

Let’s be honest — we all judge. Every single day, multiple times a day, often without even realizing it. But have you ever stopped to ask yourself why?

In this episode of Your Mindset, Your Power, we’re diving into one of the most human, most universal, and most misunderstood behaviors we all share — judgment. Not to shame you for it, but to help you understand what’s really driving it, because what you’ll find underneath might surprise you.

    We’re talking about:

Why your brain is literally wired to judge — and why that’s not a character flaw

How social media has poured gasoline on a fire that was already burning

The real psychology behind judgment — insecurity, jealousy, comparison, and what they’re actually telling you

Why the people who judge you the most are often carrying something that has nothing to do with you

The difference between genuine feedback and criticism driven by jealousy

And practical tools to help you become more aware — of the judgments you make, and the ones you’ve been carrying from others

This episode is a judgment-free zone — because the goal isn’t perfection. It’s awareness. And awareness, as you’ll hear today, changes everything.

If this episode resonated with you, share it with someone who needs this reminder too. Because we all do.

Your mindset isn’t just what you think — it’s where your power begins.

  • How Do We Live With Another Imperfect Human Without Losing Our Minds?
    2026/06/23

How do we live with another imperfect human without losing our minds?

If you’ve ever been annoyed by your partner’s habits, wondered whether something is worth bringing up, or found yourself frustrated by the same little things over and over again, this episode is for you.

In this week’s episode of Your Mindset, Your Power, I’m sharing some funny personal stories about marriage, everyday relationship challenges, and the mindset shifts that have helped me navigate those daily micro-triggers with a little more grace and a lot less resentment.

    We’ll talk about:

    • Why nobody gets to be the “normal one” in a relationship
    • The Flaw Law and how our focus shapes what we see in our partners
    • How to pick your battles wisely
    • When to communicate, when to compromise, and when to simply laugh
    • Why protecting your peace is often more effective than trying to change someone else
    • How to stop turning every daily annoyance into a problem

Because healthy relationships aren’t built on perfection.

They’re built on perspective, communication, patience, flexibility, and a healthy dose of humor.

And sometimes the most powerful mindset shift is simply:

“This bothers me… but it doesn’t need to become bigger than the love we’ve built.”

Whether you’re married, dating, or thinking about a future relationship, this episode will help you approach the people you love with a little more understanding, a little more compassion, and maybe even a few more laughs.

    2026/06/17

🎙️ EPISODE 53: You Already Know Your Purpose | One-Year Anniversary Episode

Have you ever found yourself asking:

“Is this what I’m meant to do with my life?”

It’s one of the biggest questions we face—and one of the most misunderstood.

In this special one-year anniversary episode of Your Mindset, Your Power, I explore what purpose really is, why so many people struggle to find it, and why the answers we’re searching for may be closer than we think.

We’ll talk about the biggest myths surrounding purpose, including the idea that you need to “follow your passion” or discover one perfect calling. I’ll share my own personal journey of navigating life transitions, losing my sense of direction, discovering coaching, and realizing that purpose doesn’t always arrive as a revelation.

Sometimes it arrives as a recognition.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

✨ What purpose really is—and what it isn’t

✨ Why success and purpose are not the same thing

✨ Why passion is often the result, not the starting point

✨ Four powerful places to look for clues about your purpose

✨ The fears, stories, and comfort zones that keep us stuck

✨ Why clarity comes from action, not certainty

Whether you’re feeling stuck, searching for more meaning, navigating a major life transition, or wondering what’s next, this conversation will help you reconnect with what matters most and take the next step forward.

Because purpose isn’t found sitting still.

    It’s found in motion.

And the clues may have been there all along.
