• 114. Why It’s Taking Longer Than You Thought
    2026/08/26

Have you ever thought, I should be farther along by now?

We almost always underestimate how much time, effort, repetition, and growth it will take to create something we’ve never created before.

But the extra effort isn’t the problem.

The problem is when we decide that because it’s taking longer than we thought, something has gone wrong.

In this episode, I’m talking about what happens when we start fighting against where we are, why doing MORE isn’t always the answer, and why the most important effort isn’t just in what you’re doing—it’s in who you’re becoming while you do it.

Because getting the result and becoming the version of you who can actually hold it are two different things.

Maybe you’re not behind. Maybe nothing has gone wrong. Maybe this is simply how long your path takes.

I also invite you to The Power Project starts September 1st. Come spend 30 days with me inside our Slack community where I’ll be dropping daily audios to help you stay aligned, move through the thoughts and patterns that derail you, and become the version of you who can create—and hold—the life you want.

  • 113. Why You Can't Stop Doing the Thing You Hate
    2026/08/19

If you keep self-sabotaging.....overeating, overdrinking, scrolling, spending, procrastinating, checking out, or falling into a behavior you swore you wouldn't do again, this episode is for you.

We spend so much time trying to stop the behavior that we rarely ask the more important question: What is this doing for me?

In this episode, I'm sharing my own experience with compulsive behavior and what I've learned about the protection underneath it. We'll talk about why taking away the behavior doesn't automatically take away what's driving it, the shame cycle that keeps us stuck, and the deeper fear that can live underneath our need to escape, numb, control, or find relief.

I'm also giving you five questions to help you get curious about your own compulsive behaviors instead of using them as evidence that there's something wrong with you.

Because the behavior isn't who you are.

And beating the shit out of yourself for doing it isn't how you change it.

And if you want to hear what this actually looks like in real life, come join me for Round 3 of The Power Project.

For 30 days, I'm taking you with me through how I actually think, feel, decide + lead myself through my real life—the urges to overeat, the hard days, the moments I don't show up the way I want to, the failures, the spirals, AND the days I'm feeling powerful, creating, selling, making money and going after what I want.

You'll hear how I interrupt the patterns in real time, how I talk to myself when things feel hard, and how I access the version of myself I want to be instead of abandoning myself when I'm struggling.

We start September 1. It's $49 for all 30 days, and you'll also get access to the previous two rounds of Power Project audios + my masterclass library. Doors close August 28th

  • 112. What Happens When You Stop Ignoring Yourself: Replay
    2026/08/05

What if you are not stuck because you do not know what to do?

What if you are stuck because you keep ignoring yourself?

    Your ideas. Your needs.

    Your desires. Your goals.

    Your value. Your time.

    Your energy. Your pain.

    Your jealousy. Your regret.

In this replay episode, I’m talking about what it really means to take yourself seriously.

    Not from pressure.

    Not from perfection.

Not from forcing yourself to do more.

    But from self-respect.

Because when you stop ignoring yourself, you start paying attention to the information your life is already giving you.

    The idea you keep dismissing.

The need you keep pretending does not matter.

The desire you keep talking yourself out of.

    The resentment that keeps building.

The jealousy that might actually be pointing you toward something you want.

This episode is an invitation to stop discounting your own voice and start treating your life, your needs, your goals, and your future like they matter.

    Because they do.

And when you begin taking yourself seriously, you stop waiting for permission to become the person you already know you are meant to be.

  • 111. How All-or-Nothing Thinking Keeps You Stuck: Replay
    2026/07/29

I’m bringing this episode back because all-or-nothing thinking is one of the sneakiest ways we keep ourselves stuck. There is always more then one truth at any given time and this episode helps you see that clearly.

One hard day becomes “I’m failing.”

One setback becomes “nothing is working.”

One mistake becomes “maybe I’m not cut out for this.”

But that is not the whole truth.

In this replay episode, I’m talking about how black-and-white thinking creates so much unnecessary suffering, especially when you’re trying to grow, change, heal, or create a new result in your life.

You can be healing and still have hard days.

You can be confident and still feel scared.

You can be committed and still have a setback.

You can be capable and still make mistakes.

    Both can be true.

And when you stop making one moment mean everything, you recover faster, stay connected to yourself, and keep moving forward.

  • 110. If You Think You’re "Too Much", You’ll Stay Stuck and Here’s Why
    2026/07/22

If you’ve ever felt like you’re “too much,” this episode will change the way you see yourself—and why you feel stuck.

So many women are walking through life believing they’re too emotional, too needy, too loud, too opinionated, or just… too much. But that belief isn’t the truth—it’s something you learned.

In this episode, I break down where the “too much” belief actually comes from, how it turns into an identity that quietly runs your life, and why it keeps you stuck in patterns like people-pleasing, over-apologizing, hiding, and holding yourself back. I tell some of my own "too much" stories and what I do today.

We’ll also talk about what’s really happening in your nervous system when being fully seen doesn’t feel safe—and why, even when you know what to do, you still can’t seem to move forward.

If you’re not setting boundaries, not speaking your truth, not showing up fully, or not going after what you want… this might be the reason why.

Because as long as you’re trying not to be too much, you will stay stuck.

This episode will help you start to see that nothing is wrong with you—and what it actually takes to feel safe being all of who you are.

  • 109. Why Feeling Stuck Is Really About One Decision
    2026/07/15

We all say we're stuck at some point in our lives. Stuck in our business. Stuck in our relationships. Stuck with food. Stuck with money.

But what if you're not actually stuck?

What if you're standing in front of one decision you've been avoiding because you're afraid of how it will make you feel?

In this episode, I unpack why our nervous system convinces us to wait, why "later" feels so believable, and the surprising truth that the feeling you're trying to avoid... you're probably already experiencing.

If you've ever thought, "I know what I need to do, but I just can't seem to do it," this episode is for you.

  • 108. Why We Push Away The Very Thing We Want
    2026/07/08

You finally get close to the thing you've been working for…and then something happens.

    You procrastinate.

    You overeat.

    You pull back.

    You overspend.

    You question yourself.

You convince yourself it isn't working.

    Sound familiar?

In this episode, I'm unpacking one of the biggest reasons people stay stuck: they know how to chase what they want, but they don't yet feel safe receiving it—or holding onto it.

We're talking about the difference between getting, having, and receiving, why your nervous system can reject success, and how to build the capacity to keep the life you've worked so hard to create.

If you've ever wondered why you keep recreating the same patterns despite doing "all the right things," this episode might completely change how you see yourself.

  • 107. Why We Stay Stuck in Endless Patterns
    2026/06/24

If you've ever wondered why you keep ending up in the same place despite trying so hard, this episode is for you.

Whether it's your weight, money, relationships, business, or confidence, there are two reasons we stay stuck in endless patterns—and it has nothing to do with laziness or a lack of discipline.

Today, I'm breaking down why your brain and nervous system are designed to seek certainty and how that can keep you recreating the same results over and over again.

Once you understand what's actually happening, you can finally begin to change it.

I also share why I'm bringing back The Power Project started June 22.

For 30 days, you'll get daily audio drops showing you exactly how I navigate negative thoughts, overwhelm, anxiety, self-doubt, and staying connected to the most powerful version of myself in real time.

    You'll also get:

    30 new daily audios

Access to the previous 30 Power Project audios

    20 recorded masterclasses

    Coaching and guidance inside Voxer

    45 days of portal access

Because lasting change doesn't happen from hearing something once.

    It happens through repetition.

The thoughts you repeat become the beliefs you live from, and the beliefs you live from create your life.

Maybe you're not stuck at all.

Maybe you've just been trying to solve the wrong problem. ????
