  • Episode 1: My Path to Purpose: The Story Behind Women’s Wellness Authority
    2025/05/21

Diana Ruszkowski is a former corporate marketing executive turned holistic health advocate and host of the Women's Wellness Authority podcast. Her journey into wellness began early, shaped by watching her mother navigate the healthcare system in search of answers for her brother’s chronic health issues—a formative experience that introduced her to alternative healing. Growing up in a household where chiropractic care and naturopathy were the norm, Diana learned early that healing often lies beyond traditional medicine.

Years later, after facing postpartum depression and frustration with conventional medicine’s one-size-fits-all approach, Diana turned to essential oils, clean living, and functional health. The transformation she experienced reignited her passion for natural wellness and led her to build a supportive community of women seeking deeper healing.

During the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic, Diana found solace in a vibrant community of women seeking wellness through alternative modalities. What started as a personal quest became a passion project—hosting workshops, self-care gatherings, and now, her podcast platform.

In 2022, Diana relocated to South Carolina with her family, navigating another life shift while facing her own health challenges. After being laid off from her corporate job, she took it as a sign to fully pursue her calling. Inspired by a walk with her father, she envisioned a space where women could feel seen, heard, and supported—virtually and beyond.

Today, through Women's Wellness Authority, Diana offers education, empowerment, and community to help women feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore holistic ways to heal the mind, body, and soul. With warmth, curiosity, and hard-earned wisdom, she reminds us that we’re not alone on this journey—and that there are answers out there.
