People often ask what the personal Mission Statement is for your life. Which is an awesome exercise to do. Yet I particularly like the concept that this week's guest asks, What is your Soul Statement? Corey Lyon Folsom published his book, Soul Statements: A Love Coach’s Guide To Successful Communication in an effort to inspire others to simplify and improve their lives. His book is a practical guide full of simple, yet potent tools for making small shifts that produce outsized benefits in life and love. So what is a Soul Statement? It is not an ordinary affirmation. Rather, it is a present-time reminder of what is true & good & resourceful about yourself, which creates greater emotional coherence. Fabulous concept right?

On this guest episode I have a delightful time exploring many beautiful concepts with Corey including why he wrote his book and how Soul Statements can improve inner clarity and communication. Corey also talks a lot about how Soul Statements can help with relationships to shift from conflict to harmony and flow and make us more empathic partners, co-workers and friends. They also improve self care and help align routines with our visions and goals. Is there anything Soul Statements cant do?? With a name like that I would say, no! In addition, Corey shares about his work as a relationship coach and how he helps clients create a path to having the love they desire.

Regret is not inherently a bad thing to experience. In its initial stage regret can enable us to realize that we do not prefer the choice or action we made in a situation and would act differently in the future. Regret can keep us chained to the past, however, if we feel unable to learn from it, release it, and move on. Easier said than done sometimes, especially if we feel that something we did or didn't do changed the course of our lives. So how do we sit with this regret? Make peace with our past and perceived mistakes? it's not always simple and lived regret can feel like torture.

On this Divine Feminine solo episode I wanted to address the topic of regret and how to release it. What it can feel like in our minds, bodies, and emotions and how it can weigh us down and keep us feeling apart from our Divine Feminine selves. I share some of my own experience with regret and struggles to let it go. Then I get into how we can make small steps towards making peace with our past decisions, see every experience in our lives as a pivotal piece of our greater growth and evolution, and open ourselves up to fully live our lives free from codependent hang ups.

It is such a delightful surprise when a synchronistic event seems to pop up out of no where. Something as simple as seeing the same recurring numbers over and over again everywhere (we call them Angel numbers, always good to look up the meaning of the specific numbers you're seeing) or seeing a message on a billboard that seems to answer the exact question you were contemplating in your mind. Or it could be something that really stuns you. Something that feels like it is almost completely impossible and unexplainable. So great of a coincidence that it stops you in your tracks. Yet this is the Universe and guides from the Spirit realm's way of telling you, pay attention! Signs are everywhere and we are guiding you and supporting you all the time. And that you're heading in the right direction.

This is happening in conjunction with the Pluto Retrograde that began on May 6th and will continue through October. This dynamic creates a beautiful dance between the underworld energies of Pluto reminding you of what you're still holding at a deep, painful level that is keeping you from your abundance and luxury, which Taurus wants to usher you into.

On this Solo episode I share a few updates on my travels as I roam around Bangkok, Thailand. And elaborate on the concept that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE and how this time in particular really heightens and encourages this. Asking you to open to the endless options and opportunities that await you as you release the heaviness of what was never true about yourself or your abilities. Namely that something wasn't POSSIBLE for you or that you weren't enough. You are enough and the world awaits your new chapter.

Hello Dear Listeners! I'm finally here with my first report back from the frontlines of international travel! I'm recording today from Chiang Mai, Thailand! Fabulous place! Countries visited so far, Japan & South Korea. It's been 6 weeks and already a remarkable adventure. I hope you enjoy hearing about it. I've definitely had to tap into my Divine Feminine essence of surrender as travel can be unpredictable and stressful, yet so worth it.

On this solo episode I share about some of the themes that have come up so far in my explorations including forgiveness, fertility, surrendering to the void, and emerging with a message of peace after destruction. I also give my observations of the various cultures, people, and places I've seen and the beauty I've found along the way.
