    There are Two Ways to Live Life; as a victim of circumstance or as the badass you really are. My guest this week, Erin Brennan, has lived by and embodied this mantra throughout her life. I know that the better I can see it with my mind's eye and feel the experiences energetically, the faster they will arrive in my life.

    As someone who has officially (gulp) reached mid-life, I can say that despite some of the daunting realizations (I got old??) there are so many wonderful REVElations that occur. One of them being that we have a ton of learned wisdom to share. My guest this week, Katie Rose, wrote her most recent book, Yoni Codes: Reclaim the Power to Heal, by taking inventory of her life and sharing the ways she had found to heal, grow, and persevere. Katie Rose is a yoga teacher, Ayurvedic educator, and author based in Sydney, Australia. Over the past 30 years she has taught and mentored thousands of women, published several books, and built a global community of over 28,000. Her book grew from her own experiences of trauma and healing, and explores how women can access their own codes of power through Ayurveda, ritual, and goddess archetypes. At its heart, it’s about how when we heal ourselves, we heal lineages — and how reclaiming the feminine can bring profound change.

    On this guest episode, Katie shares about how the yoni is both a physical and spiritual gateway and how she sees modern women reclaiming this sacred power in everyday life.
