With more than two decades of experience, Dr. Abbeyquaye has worn nearly every hat in the nursing world from a certified nurse assistant and staff nurse to nursing supervisor and director of nursing, giving her a unique lens into the profession of nursing.

    Originally from Ghana, she built her academic foundation with a degree in Biochemistry before coming to the United States, where she went on to earning master's in public administration a bachelor's and a Ph.D. in Nursing

    Dr. Abbeyquaye is the founder and CEO of NSDxpert Education & Consultancy, an organization dedicated to transforming long-term care by focusing on staff development, retention, and quality care practices. She is also an educator, serving as Adjunct Faculty at institutions including MCPHS University.
