    We reflect on the 11 year journey of Warrior One Yoga, from humble beginnings in a little hole in the wall studio on New Street to three thriving studios across Bayside (Brighton, Mordialloc, and Mornington).

    We talk about the highs, the lessons in burnout, and why this year is all about being more grounded and intentional, including saying yes only to the full body "hell yes." We also share why we've chosen to stay yoga purists rather than follow the shift to Pilates, and what's ahead: our Thailand retreat, teacher training, new locations, and specialty offerings like breath work, sound healing, and Reiki.
